About Donovan Partners
Donovan Partners S.R.L. is a Romania-based development platform focused on the earliest and most decisive phase of data center project delivery: site origination and structuring.
Active since 2023 and headquartered in Bucharest, the company works to source and qualify locations suitable for large-scale digital infrastructure. We coordinate with landowners, local authorities, technical advisors and investment partners to bring well-prepared opportunities to operators and developers entering or expanding within the Romanian market.
Our role is intentionally focused. We do not operate data centers — we de-risk the front end of the development cycle so that capital and operating partners can engage with confidence.
